For my senior thesis, I spent 8 months researching, writing, and designing Clickbaited. Through tens of interviews with industry professionals, in addition to research completed independently, Clickbaited  came to life. From the text itself, 

 

"Clickbait cleverly erodes trust, entices the unwitting, and entertains without also educating. Understated and subtle in its methods, few people not only see the problems clickbait presents, but actively strive to inform others about them and act against them. Clickbait comes at the crux of the crisis of faith in the media. So ask yourself: if clicks are currency for quality content and dubious clickbait alike, where will your money be spent?"
